One of the most common washer problems we diagnose is a machine that will not drain or spin, leaving water and wet clothes inside the drum. A washer may also power on but refuse to start a cycle, stop during operation, or remain locked when water is still inside.

Filling problems can show up in different ways as well. The washer may wait for water that never enters the machine, fill incorrectly, or in some cases begin washing without enough water. Other service calls involve leaking water, an unbalanced load, excessive vibration, or loud grinding and scraping noises during the wash or spin cycle.
