- Hired them to repair my dryer. I have an older dryer (15+ years old) that parts were no longer available. They were able to work a fix even though the parts were discontinued. - My washing machine suddenly decide to stop draining with a full load in it. Panic!! I was able to get a same day appointment and the trouble was found immediately. Who knew that the little switch that the door of the washer clicks into would prevent my washer from spinning and draining if it was broken.....Zergan did! And who knew the insides of a washer could get so dirty?! Thankfully since a part was needed I had time to give it a good cleaning before the repair was completed. I was kept informed of a small delay and I appreciated that. My old washer is like new again thanks to Zergan. And with a one year warranty on labor I feel confident in the repair too.
